Our work is conducted through Nexa Law, a well-established and respected law firm with offices in Oswestry and London. About Us

Harpreet Talwar and Manjinder Talwar are the leading Consultant Solicitors at Wills and Probate Services. Harpreet, a Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) and accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, has been practising as a Private Client Solicitor since 2007. Harpreet brings over 17 years of post-qualification experience and provides expert legal guidance on matters related to Wills, Inheritance Tax, Estate Planning, Probate, and Administration of Estates.

Manjinder Talwar, a graduate of Queen Mary University of London, qualified as a solicitor in 2008. With over 16 years of experience, Manjinder specialises in Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Residential Probate Sales. Known for his approachable and compassionate approach, Manjinder makes challenging legal matters manageable for his clients.

Both Harpreet and Manjinder are fluent in Punjabi, with additional language skills in Hindi and Urdu, allowing them to effectively serve a diverse clientele.
